Five Star Program At Raceway 7 Friday July 31

Conneaut, OH (July 28, 2015): As the points races heat up heading toward the end of the 2015 season, this Friday will see all five regular divisions in action Friday as Twin State Auto Club members will be welcomed free with their 2015 membership cards.

The Evergreen Lake Park Campground CARS Crate Late Models will run their regular twenty-lap feature with Chad Wright attempting to continue his dominance. With seven wins on the season, Wright holds a comfortable 49-point lead over 2009 champion Dennis Lunger. Defending Champion Kyle Zimmerman is third.

Percy McDonald holds a 53-point edge over Ken Zimmer in the Bonnell Collision Center E-Mods standings with last week’s winner, Brent Rhebergen, third. The E-Mods also run a twenty lap feature.

15-laps is the distance the for the Campbell’s Mini-Storage Street Stocks, currently with Four-time winner Shaun Fawcett leading the standings over former champion Chris Withers and last week’s winner Ed Bolyard.

Veteran Rick Prosser leads defending Bonnell’s Auto Sales Economods Josh Ferry, last week’s winner, with Eric Reinwald third. The Bonnell Auto Sales Economods race 15-lap features.

2013 champion Brad Cole heads the Specialty Products Mini Stocks standings over 2012 champion Bud Sergeff and last week’s 12-lap feature winner Jason Easler.

August 8th racing is scheduled to be the $1000 to win State Farm Insurance Special for the Bonnell Collision Center E-Mods. The race will honor former Thunder Car champion, Bob Vogt, and his wife, long time track scorer Jackie Vogt. Bob passed away in 2003 of cancer while Jackie succumbed to cancer in June of this year. Both are missed by employees, fans, and competitors. Details are being worked out for the event and will be announced next week.

Weather permitting, gates open every Friday at 5:30 PM with pill draw cut off at 7 PM and racing at 7:30 PM. VIP suites are available for rental for $250 a night which includes eight general admissions passes. Admission is set for $10 for adults for regular events, kids 7-14 are $5.
