SOS To Run 3rd Annual Fall Havoc Enduro On November 7th

WHEELERSBURG, OH-The Southern Ohio Speedway is bringing back a season ending tradition that started back in 2012, the Fall Havoc Enduro. The 3rd Annual Fall Havoc Enduro will be ran on Saturday, November 7th.

The Fall Havoc Enduro is an enduro event like no other. It has produced some of the wildest racing action in the modern era of the track. What makes the race so unique is the race format which includes a time trial challenge, a dash for cash, heat races, and the main event for the Enduro division.

Just like in previous years, the action will get underway with hot laps followed by the time trial challenge. The time trial challenge is like no other. Drivers will get the green flag then when they complete lap one, they will have to turn around a cone at the flagstand and complete another lap going the opposite direction. The total time of the two laps will be the time of record. The driver with the fastest lap will win $25.

The top six cars in time trials will be inverted and compete in the four lap dash for cash. The winner of the dash for cash will receive $25. The rest of the cars will compete in six lap heat races. Following that will be the main event. All cars will come out on the track and run for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the red flag will fly and the cars that are left running on track will line up on the frontstretch and run the 10 laps for the $250 winners purse and pride of being the “3rd Annual Fall Havoc” champion. The 10 lap finale will start with the dash cars and heat race winners starting up front.

The cost to enter a car for the “3rd Annual Fall Havoc Enduro” will be $30. The $30 fee will include a pit pass for the driver of the car. Pit passes will be $10 for ages 7 and up (free for 6 and under). General admission to the event is only $5. Kids ages 12 and under will be admitted free.
