STRONGSTOWN, PA (June 22, 2022) – The Zimmer’s Service Center ULMS Super Late Models will be making their first visit of the 2022 season. A scheduled visit back in April was rained out and we are looking forward to July 1. Memorial Highway Chevrolet of Windber and Somerset came on board as the sponsor for all of our big Subway of Clearfield Super Late Model events. Joining the Super Late Models will be the Townsend Gas & Oil RUSH Tour Late Models presented by Almac Machine Co. of Johnstown for a Tour race paying a hefty $3000 to the winner.

The race will take place on Friday, July 1, and already has twenty drivers who have verbally committed to being on hand for the $3500 to win in the Memorial Highway Independence Day Celebration at Dog Hollow Speedway.

The Super Late aren’t the only class running for big bucks. The RUSH Late Model Tour presented by Almac Machine Co. of Johnstown will join them with $3000 going to the victor. The Series has been averaging around 30 cars this season and we hope to see a big turnout for them at Dog Hollow.

Not Surprising is the fact in the last appearance of the ULMS and RUSH Tour in 2021, the same driver won both events. That driver was Linden, VA’s Kyle Hardy. The Virginia native knows his way to victory lane at Dog Hollow. Hardy has six Super Late Model wins and four in the crates.

Rounding out the night will be the Schaeffer’s Oil RUSH Stock Cars/Pure Stocks, Texas Auto Ranch 4 Cylinders and Modified 4 Cylinders.

Drivers Entered: Chub Frank, Matt Lux, Joe Petyak, John Wayne Weaver, Del Rougeux, Jon Lee, Denny Fenton, Dylan Fenton, Clinton Hersh, Michael Lake, Alex Ferree, Jared Miley, Dave Stamm, Danny Snyder, Michael Norris, Doug Drown, Ryan Christoff, Ryan Montgomery, Danny Angelicchio, Kyle Hardy, Mark Whitener and Boom Briggs.
