Hell Tour Speedweek Schedule Changes
2 min readEffective immediately our ULMS Speedweek Hell Tour will see the following changes to the schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the July 3rd and 4th dates at Dog Hollow Speedway have been removed from the Hel l Tour.
The Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series is currently discussing and looking at new possible replacement date(s) to replace one or both of the scheduled Dog Hollow events along with finding replacement dates for the Super 6 Late Model Series as well.
“It’s unfortunate that we have to remove our two Dog Hollow dates from the Hell Tour at such a late notice, stated ULMS Racing Series owner, Chris Zuver. The Hell Tour was scheduled to be 6 events in 8 days and losing a 1/3 of that portion of the schedule hurts, but we are already looking for a replacement to make this deal be as unique as possible for the fans, racers, marketing partners and our officials.”
Future schedule ULMS Series events at Dog Hollow Speedway are still planned at this time in August and September for the Connor Bobik Memorial and Thunder Dog Finale weekend.
The original Hell Tour point fund of $1200 followed by $700, $500, $400, $300 and $200 for sixth and 7th in the final points of the Speedweek based on six events has been adjusted to the following for 4 events and five events completed. To be eligible for the adjusted point fund (4 or 5 events), driver must attend all Speedweek Hell Tour events. If the Hell Tour is able to find replacement of the two lost events and have 6 events as originally scheduled, a driver may miss one event and still be eligible for the point fund.
