3 min read(Hartford, OH)…After dodging thunderstorms throughout the afternoon and early evening on Saturday, rain finally overspread Sharon Speedway around 7:30 p.m., which ultimately forced the “Lou Blaney Memorial” to be postponed to Saturday, September 21.
