ULMS Late Models Invade Lernerville Friday
2 min readSarver, PA (May 8, 2024) The Jay’s Automotive ULMS Late Model Series makes the first of three appearances on Friday night as they present the annual “Willie and Conda McConnell Memorial” paying a cool $4,500 to the winner of the 30-lap main event. The areas best Late Model pilots will be on hand to take on one of the most competitive weekly fields in the country in terms of quality and quantity. Two-time (2022 and 2023) defending champion Gregg Satterlee should be on hand and looking to make it three wins in a row while 2021 champion Jared Miley would love to claim his second victory in event history.
Michael Lake currently brings the series points lead into Friday night and has already hit the podium at The Action Track in weekly action in 2024 thus far. Meanwhile, Michael Norris has gone two for two in Terry Bowser Excavating Victory Lane this season and perhaps has never looked stronger in doing so. Fans can expect to see both Lake and series frontrunners Tyler Emory, Ryan Montgomery, Drake Troutman and other top names who will battle a tough local field.
It will truly be an action packed night at The Action Track though, as the Peoples Natural Gas Sprint Cars, Diehl Automotive Big Block Modifieds and Millerstown Pic-A-Part Pro Stocks all make their third weekly appearance of the young season.
