New Ownership Agrees to Purchase Brushcreek Motorsports Complex January 1st

Peebles, OH – Amidst the cold and rain of the early weeks of the 2023/2024 Off Season new opportunity is born. The Partin family has owned and operated Brushcreek Motorsports Complex located in Peebles, OH for the past 23 seasons. Tom Partin built the facility in the hills of Adams County which hosted its first race on June 30th, 2001. Now, 23 race seasons later, a new ownership group has agreed to purchase the facility and host events going forward.


Cold Rolled Investments, LLC has made an agreement to purchase the speedway and its surrounding 86 acres in a closing slated for January 1st, 2024. Heading the team at Cold Rolled Investments and taking the title of Promoter in 2024 is Lee Haskins. Lee is a local 410 Sprint Car racer with experience in multiple facets of motorsports. Lee and his team plan to expand on the possibilities of the facility while preserving the Dirt Oval Racing that has been prominent for over 2 decades.


Steven Partin served as the promoter of Brushcreek Motorsports Complex from 2014 to 2023. Partin’s company ANT Management Incorporated has obtained the lease on the facility to promote 4 events in 2024. Three of these events are traditional staples on the schedule and the fourth a new and exciting event to be announced at a later date.
