ONA, WV-The Ona Speedway is proud to announce the first ever Partners Insurance Legends Car Mountaineer Cup added to the Yes Chevrolet/Yes Ford Mountaineer 100 on Saturday, November 6th. A sponsorship by Partners Insurance & Financial Services in Barboursville, WV is now making it possible for even larger purses for the INEX Legends Cars on November 6th.
The INEX Southern Ohio Speed Legends Car Pro and INEX Keaton’s Collision Center Legends Car Semi-Pro classes were already scheduled to compete on November 6th. Now the purses will be boosted even more as the INEX Legends Car Pro class will pay $1,000 to win and INEX Legends Car Semi-Pro class will pay $600 to win! With only 1 track in the US racing INEX Legends Cars that day, the Partners Insurance & Financial Services Legends Car Mountaineer Cup is sure to bring in a huge field of traveling cars to race against a fast field of Ona Speedway regulars. This race will be streamed live to a national audience on Speed 51 TV.
The Yes Chevrolet/Yes Ford Mountaineer 100 with the Partners Insurance Legends Car Mountaineer Cup on Saturday, November 6th is an absolute can’t miss event. The loaded racing card that day will feature the Mountaineer 100 for McCam Builders Modifieds paying $2,000 to win, Keaton’s Collision Center Late Models racing 50 laps for $1,500 to win, $1,000 to win Southern Ohio Speed INEX Legends Car Pro, $800 to win Rocky Top’s Pizza Street Stocks, $800 to win Contempo Trophy & Awards U Cars, $600 to win Keaton’s Collision Center INEX Legends Car Semi-Pro, and $300 to win Chandler Auto Performance Crazy Compacts. Racing action will start at 3:00 pm on November 6th. There will be an open practice day on Friday, November 5th from 11:00 am until dark for teams wanting to get practice laps.
