Reserved Tickets Now On Sale For 2019 Special Events

Hartford, OH February 21, 2019 Sharon Speedway has announced its online ticketing program for the 2019 season is now available through its website at www.sharonspeedway.com. Simply click on ‘buy tickets’ at the top left of the website or use the following direct link https://sharonspeedway.simpletix.com/Event-List

The 90th anniversary season will open with one of those major special events on Friday, April 12 featuring the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series in a $12,000 to-win event. The next special events will be a trio of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champion shows on Saturday, May 4 for the “Buckeye Cup”, Tuesday, June 18 for Ohio Speedweek presented by Colella & Humphries CPA and Tom’s Sewer & Septic followed by the 11th annual “Lou Blaney Memorial” presented by Ollie’s Bargain Outlet on Saturday, July 6.

The return by the Super DIRTcar Series for Big-Block Modifieds will take place on Tuesday, July 30 in a $7,500 to-win race presented by Predator Trucking and Stackhouse Construction. The final major events will take place over Labor Day weekend for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Models with two complete shows paying $6,000 on Friday, August 30 and $15,000 to-win on Saturday, August 31. This will be the first WoO Late Model events at Sharon since 2010.

Reserved seats (includes patio and fan seat suites) are for all ages. Reserved seats will go offline at midnight the night before the event. General admission tickets will still be on sale on the website all the way through the event for print at home or mobile ticket options. General admission, though 13 and under are free, still need an admission ticket.

Print at home or mobile ticket entry is encouraged, but you can have the option of will call and shipping for a fee. Purchasing ahead of time allows you to go directly to the entrance gate and skip the ticket purchasing line the day of the race.

Patios and fan suite seats normally sell out before race day for the special show so we encourage you to purchase those tickets in advance. We will no longer allow people to hold or pay for the upgrade for patio seats and fan suite seats for the special races. These tickets must be purchased in advance. If any are still available the night of the race, we will allow people to upgrade their seat in the office.

The office will be open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. for anyone needing help with purchasing tickets. Remember, coolers are not permitted at any events.
