2 min readCARNESVILLE, GEORGIA – The ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series will conclude its 2017 season at Atomic Speedway in Waverly, Ohio on October 28th. The “Season Finale” will pay $4,000 to the winner of the 40 lap race and $400 to start. The ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series pays $50 to drivers who do not qualify for the feature. Atomic Speedway will be matching the amount paid by the series. making the tow money $100 for those who do not make the 24 car field. The race is a co-sanctioned event with the newly formed ULTIMATE Mid-Ohio Valley Super Late Model Series.
Jeremy Hines, of Seymour, Indiana, currently leads the ULTIMATE Battle of the Bluegrass Super Late Model Series standings with 119 points. Beford, Indiana’s Jared Bailey is second in the points with 92. Hines is defending champion of the Ultimate Battle of the Bluegrass. The 2017 champion will be decided at Atomic Speedway.
Full Payout: 1) $4,000; 2) $2,000; 3)$1,350; 4) $1,000; 5) $875; 6) $775; 7) $700; 8) $600; 9) $500; 10) $450; 11) $425; 12-24) $400. All non qualifiers $100.
