Regular Racing, Mini-Stocks Make-Up Feature Plus Street Stock Make-Up Heats

Conneaut, OH (May 31, 2017): Racing make-ups from May 19’s rain-shortened night will begin this week with the Street Stocks running the heats that were rained out May 19 and the Mini-Stock feature originally scheduled for that night. The action will begin with the heats previously slated for the Campbell’s Mini Storage Street Stocks, then move into the first of the makeup features, the Sunnyside Farm Transit Inc Mini Stocks. The field has been set for the make-up feature and no additional cars will be added to the lineup. The fireworks originally scheduled will be rescheduled for a later date.

Early points leaders are Dennis Lunger in the Evergreen Lake Park Campground CARS Crate Late Models, Jeremy Double in the Bonnell’s Collision Service E-Mods, Shaun Fawcett in the Campbell’s Mini Storage Street Stocks, Brandon Blackshear in Bonnell’s Auto Group Economods, and Jason Easler in the Sunnyside Farm Transit Inc Mini Stocks.

At this early point in the season drivers in all classes will be looking to gain the early advantage as the points battles get underway for the champion’s laurels.

Raceway 7 is located six miles south of Interstate 90 on Route 7 in the town of Monroe Center, OH and races every Friday night May — September. Racing begins at 7:30 PM every Friday. General admission for regular events is $10 and children 7-14 admitted for $5 each. Kids 6 and under are always free. NO PETS are admitted to the track! Fan and pit gates open at 5:30 PM. Pit admission is $25 with minimum age 18. Children under 18 admitted with a “Minor Release” form available at pit gate that must be filled out by a parent accompanying the youth.
