Hilltop Speedway To Host Jim Dunn Memorial Qualifier

The Buck Smitley Promoted Hilltop Speedway in Millersburg, Ohio and Gibbys DTRN LLC of Zanesville, Ohio have come to an agreement on Saturday evening April 1st, 2017 date for a #D1RT JIM DUNN MEMORIAL QUALIFIER Paying $2,000 to win for the Late Model Division. The April Fools day special will also be a Tier 5 stage points race for the Gibbys King Championship for the Late Models.

The highest finisher at Hilltop Speedway in the $2,000 to win Late Model Feature on April 1st that doesn’t make the show at the $10,000 to win Un-Sanctioned 35th annual Jim Dunn Memorial at Midway Speedway in June (Date Announced very soon) will get a Provisional spot as a Thank you for supporting us. The Provisional spot in the Jim Dunn Memorial is worth $500 – $10,000 to a lucky Late Model Driver.

In Talking with Buck Smitley, he was very excited to be a huge part of a very special race that’s been running for 34 years and was very excited to get to award a lucky Late Model driver with that opportunity to win $10,000 at the 35th annual Jim Dunn Memorial at Midway Speedway. He also went on to say working together is the key to success in 2017 and were glad to be a part of the Jim Dunn Family of races and a big part of the Gibbys King Championship.
