Brushcreek Announces Pay+Program, Pay Increase & More For 2016
4 min read(Peebles, OH) The 2015 season has come, gone and we are now watching a new race season approach once again! This off-season however is full of changes that will raise the excitement levels in the coming year! Many changes are in the works including a new “Bounty” style program call the “Pay+ Program”, New Full Field sizes and a Pay Increase for Modifieds. All of the changes listed below will take effect in 2016:
Pay+ Program
The new Pay+ Program will reward a repeat winner but also give someone a chance to knock them off of their throne and take the cash. Each night a driver Repeats a Feature win, they will receive a pay bonus plus their regular winners pay. Each week that a driver repeat wins, a bonus will be added. Should that driver to continue to consecutively win, the winners pay will continue to increase each night. However, if someone should Spoil the field and upset the repeat winner, they will get the pay slated for the dominating driver and the following week the pay will be reset back at base pay. Modifieds will have a bonus of $100/wk and Sport Mods will get a bonus of $50/wk. Here is an example using the Modified Bonus:
If Driver “A” wins three Races in a row, going into the 4th race he will have a chance to win $400 PLUS the regular pay! .
If Driver “B” can beat Driver “A” they will receive the $400 Bonus!
The following week after a driver has been defeated, the pay will be reset at Base Pay and the bonus will grow again!
There is no cap to the amount that bonus can grow, However the Program is reset in each off season.
If a Modified driver could win the entire season, that driver would win driver a total of $12,000+ in Bonus Money for the entire season!
A Sport Mod driver could win $5,000+ in Bonus’ throughout the season should they win every event!
“We are hoping this new program will entice the best drivers in the area to attempt to knock off the dominating driver and earn some money, along with allowing the dominating driver to earn some money as well” Says promoter Steven Partin. The Pay+ Program will only take place in Points Paying events, not the “Sunday FunDay” events. If there are any questions feel free to call Steven Partin at 937-515-1353.
Modified Top Tier Pay Increased
Also beginning in 2016 for the Modified Division, the top of the three Base, weekly payouts possible has been raised. When 24 or more Modifieds are in attendance, a weekly show will pay $1,000 to win! This is just another measure to entice teams to come put on a show for the Adams County, OH fans! The two lower tiers still remain the same with 0-12 Cars paying $400 to win and 13-23 Cars paying $600 to win.
Full Field Now 18 Cars
Starting in 2016 a full field for a weekly show will be 18 Cars. This new change has been made to attempt to save all teams money and keep drivers safe. The change will begin immediately starting with the April 3rd Sunday FunDay event.
