Octane Buckeye Late Model Dirtweek Coming June 12-20

CHILLICOTHE, OHIO- After much collaboration and pulling together various track promoters, the much anticipated 1st Annual Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week by Octane Race Products’ schedule has been finalized with round one kicking off the week at Moler Raceway Park on June 12th. The week-long/plus series features seven different tracks across the state of Ohio and will conclude at the historic Atomic Speedway near Chillicothe, Ohio. That event will be sponsored by Reno and Sons Lawn Care, LLC one of the major weekly sponsors at Atomic.
Series officials have indicated that the “phone has been ringing off the hook” with calls from race drivers and race fans. Anticipated large crowds are anticipated for this historic week-long event. A points fund has been established to make the series even more worthwhile to drivers and to keep fan interest high in crowning the inaugural series champion.
Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week officials are proud to announce the signing of a presenting sponsor. Octane Race Products has come on board to be the presenting sponsor of the new mini-series. The week will now be branded as the 1st Annual Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week presented by Octane Race Products. The Series that is headed by Atomic Speedway owner Brad McCown is set to take place over 9 days racing as much as possible within those days!
The much anticipated Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week schedule has been finalized by Brad McCown and company. The inaugural tour will visit 7 different Ohio tracks in a span of just 9 days. An 8th date is still in the works as Monday June 15th is listed a TBA. All events pay at least $3,000 to win and a cool $3,000 will go to the week’s points champion. Atomic Speedway has also announced that “The Night the Stars Come Out” tradition will continue June 24th when a $4,000 to win unsanctioned Late Model Special joins the UNOH All Star Circuit of Champions Speedweek show. Vallerychevy.com in Waverly, Ohio has signed on as sponsor to continue the “The Night the Stars Come Out” tradition.
