Renegades of Dirt Modified Tour and Tyler County Speedway officials have been working since the announcement to make sure a history making purse isn’t the only thing “MEGA” about the event with achievements being made daily.

In saying, Renegade of Dirt Modified Tour officials are excited to announce a partnership with ModFury for the 2015 “MEGA 100” weekend. The correspondence made will see ModFury.com take the role as title partner for a unique “Media Center” at the “MEGA 100”. The Renegades of Dirt Modified Tour will introduce a “Media Center” for the first time ever during the “MEGA 100” in hopes to draw national attention to the event and it’s racers this July. The ModFury.com ‘Media Center’ at the “MEGA 100” will feature a wide variety of coverage throughout the weekend which will include pre/post event coverage like never before to give fans an in depth perspective of what goes on during a ‘modified major’ event. The cutting edge ‘center’ for all things “MEGA” will give the racers a unique experience they’ll only get with an event ready to ‘change the game’ for the grassroots level of motorsports.

On Thursday from 1pm to 4pm an innovative ‘MEGA 100′ MEDIA DAY will officially kick off the weekend’s schedule of events. A 30ft x 12ft “Headquarters” will be available throughout the weekend as the go-to-site for ‘media activities’ and media personnel. You will be required to have a media pass to gain access and ‘headquarters’ is limited to just fifty total passes, first come first serve basis. Furthermore, as part of the ModFury.com ‘Media Center’ at the “MEGA 100” there will be daily press conferences with host Wesley Outland, tour promoters, and the racers which will include practice day notes, nightly winners, and weekend story lines to shed light on the history making event as it happens. The ‘centers’ coverage will also go ‘under the helmet’ for pit side interviews throughout the event. In addition, a social media ‘frenzy’ will coincide as part of the ‘media center’. Racers, race fans, and touring bodies are encouraged to share their experience of the event live on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & other various social outlets. Awards will be handed out to racers who are deemed to be the most socially active and engaging during the weekend.

The hosting venue; The Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, WV is a ¼ mile dirt oval nestled in the hills of scenic West Virginia along the historic Middle Island Creek. On site camping makes the Tyler County Speedway/Fairgrounds a race fans vacation destination year after year. Lots of great camping available including primitive or full hook ups.
