Back to School Blowout at the Bullring Highlighted With 9 Features for just $12!

With the successful wrap up of the 51st Annual Tyler County Fair the Tyler County Speedway will roar back in action this Saturday Night, August 17th. After last week’s running of the inaugural Bud Weigle Memorial in which a fast paced program seen two track records broken and fantastic racing in all classes this week’s event looks to continue the trend.

A ‘Bullring Back to School Blowout’ will feature an unprecedented 9 feature events at a fan friendly price of just $12! A double dose of J&R Excavating Super Late Models presented by Midcap Land and Timber, Peoples Bank FASTRAK Late Models, Two Brothers Motorsports Modifieds, and Hotmod division feature events are on the docket (from July 27th rainout)along with a complete show of Chris Metz State Farm Insurance Modlites and the rescheduled Mini Wedge National Championship for the kids. Plus it’s the Peoples Bank FASTRAK Late Models night to shine with their running of the “King of the Kounty”.

A kids club pizza party will welcome the McDonalds Kids Club and all Tyler County Board of Education employees are invited to check out a night at the Tyler County Speedway free, courtesy of Hometown Racing Association. Gates open at 4 with hotlaps and qualifying getting underway at 6:45. General admission is just $12, while children 10 and under is always free and pit admission is priced at $26.

Be sure to join us as we head down the final stretch of the season and many tight point battles are entering crunch time as the area’s premier racers search for a coveted Tyler County Speedway track championship.
