The Race Is On For FREE Admission At Tyler County

(Middlebourne, WV) As the Hometown Racing Association continues to settle in to the promotional helm of the Tyler County Speedway, a summer filled with fun, excitement, speed, racing entertainment AND wallet busting bargains await fans of the ‘bullring’ for the remainder of the 2013 season.

In appreciation of the supportive fans of the Tyler County Speedway the Hometown Racing Association has come up with the biggest fan friendly deal of the season by welcoming the first 300 race fans to the ‘bullring’ on Saturday Night, June 29th with FREE ADMISSION.

THAT’S RIGHT, ABSOLUTELY FREE General Admission……compliments of Hometown Racing Association! Plus one lucky fan will win a FREE PIT PASS for the remainder of the season! So race on out to Tyler County Speedway this Saturday Night for your chance to win big and get free general admission! If FREE admission wasn’t enough a full card of Tyler County excitement will be in store as Saturday Nights annual Kids Night will return. All boys and girls under ten will be admitted free and featuring a Kids Pit Tour and ‘Meet the Stars’ Autograph Night #2 will be on tap as the kids will pour onto the speedway front-stretch at intermission to meet and greet their favorite driver and get an autograph.

Also the Mini Wedge National Championship will set the stage as the future of our sport will square off in their biggest race of the year. Plus it’s Modified Appreciation Night as all open wheel modified racers will receive a FREE complimentary pit pass. A full card of J&R Excavating Super Late Models presented by Midcap Land & Timber, Peoples Bank FASTRAK Late Models, Two Brothers Motorsports EDGE Modifieds, Chris Metz State Farm Insurance ModLites, Hotmods and Mini Wedges will take to the speedway. Gates open at 4, Mini Wedges start at 6:15, with the big cars going green at 7.

Also coming very soon to the ‘bullring’ will be a double dose of Independence Day Speed and Power that will see area race fans celebrate the nations birthday at the Tyler County Speedway. On Thursday night, July 4th the annual Eaton/Childers “King of the Ring” for super late models will battle it out for the crown in Twin 25 lap features. Also just added to the card will be the extremely popular Renegade Modified Tour Summer Shootout featuring the best open wheel racers east of the Mississippi squaring off in a July 4th Summer Shootout. See Kevin Morehouse, Rick Aukland, Jesse Wisecarver, Travis & Mark Dickson, Jess Hartman, Kyle Strickler, Rich Michael, Tanner Wilson, Nathan Loney, Scott & Amanda Stiffler among many others. A gigantic Kids Bicycle Giveaway will also be in store for the youngsters on hand! Gates open at 4, racing gets underway at 7! General admission is $18, while pit admission is priced at $35.

Then on Saturday, July 6th, the Tyler County Speedway will shift gears as the Redneck Revival Festival of Mud presented by Haas Environmental and Monroe Towing awaits. The Redneck Revival Festival of Mud will feature a huge Mud Bog starring Dennis Anderson and his latest creation “King Sling” on Saturday, July 6th. The pits will be full of “Mud Maniacs” to try their luck in the pit and not only will fans get to see hordes of trucks splashing through the Mud Bog pit but they will also get the opportunity to see some high flying action courtesy of Dennis Andersons “King Sling” Mud Truck. Dennis Anderson is the creator/driver of the Grave Digger Monster Truck. Gates and Registration opens at 9am, with mud bog scheduled to start at noon. Admission for the Redneck Revival Festival of Mud is Adults – $12, Children 7 – 12 years old – $5 and Children 6 and under FREE.
