Eaton/Childers FASTRAK To Highlight Tyler County Speedway

(Middlebourne, WV) The Hometown Racing Association will bring the ‘Bullring’ back to action this Saturday Night, August 15th after a week off for the 53rd Annual Tyler County Fair. Up next at the Tyler County Speedway will be the tradition laden 14th Annual Eaton/Childers King of the Ring Invitational, featuring Twin 20 lap $1,000 to win main events for the FASTRAK MOV Touring Late Model series, with a $400 bonus to any driver that wins both features. A race in honor of two speedway icons, Beecher Eaton and Bill Childers. Join us as we celebrate the memory of long time speedway supporter and patriarch of the Eaton racing family Beecher Eaton and past speedway track champion the late great ‘Wild’ Bill Childers driver of the familiar #03.

Tyler County Speedway is pleased to welcome Wayside Furniture on board as a presenting sponsor of the Eaton/Childers King of the Ring. A complete program of JJK Mineral MWRA Mini Wedges, J&R Excavating Super Late Models presented by Midcap Land & Timber, Two Brothers Motorsports Modifieds, Hotmods, Chris Metz State Farm Modlites presented by Cedar Run Farms and Lipps Towing FWD 4 Cylinders will also be in action. General admission is just $12, with pit passes at $30, children 10 and under free. Gates open at 4, MWRA Mini Wedges get underway at 6:15 with hotlaps/qualifying beginning at 7.
