Conneaut, OH (May 26, 2015): The Patriot Sprint Tour will again invade Raceway 7 this Friday night with the winged, alcohol-burning, fire breathing racers being led by the most recent winner Sammy Reakes IV. After winning his first-ever Patriot Sprint feature on Saturday night Reakes promptly backed it up with another win Sunday! Can he make it three in a row? Former champions Jared Zimbardi, and Bryan Howland will both be in attendance to try to prevent that. Scott Kreutter, Kyle Drum, and George Suprick are others PST regulars expected to be at Raceway 7 as well as local standouts Jack Sodeman Jr and Gary Edwards.

All regular divisions will also be in action with former Evergreen Lake Park Campground CARS Late Model champion Chad Wright, already a two-time winner in ’15, leading the points chase over 2009 champion Dennis Lunger with defending champion Kyle Zimmerman currently third.

2009 Bonnell Collision Center E-Mod champion Percy McDonald won the feature on each of the first two nights of racing this season and thus leads the points chase over Chick Steinle Jr and Ken Zimmer.

The Campbell’s Mini Storage Street Stocks are currently being led by two-time winner Shaun Fawcett, looking for his first season championship. Brandon Groters, another two-time winner in 2015, but looking for his first Raceway 7 championship, is currently second with former defending Chris Withers third.

Veteran driver Rick Prosser only has one feature win in the Bonnell’s Auto Sales Economods but leads two-time winner and defending champion Josh Ferry by eleven markers coming into the fifth night of racing. Russ Kapalin is currently third in the standings.

Former champion Brad Cole collected his first Specialty Products Mini Stock feature win of the season last Friday and leads the point chase over defending champion Dale Fraschetti with Jason Easler running third.

Weather permitting, gates open every Friday at 5:30 PM with pill draw cut off at 7 PM and racing at 7:30 PM. VIP suites are available for rental for $250 a night which includes eight general admissions passes. Admission is set for $10 for adults for regular events, kids 7-14 are $5.
