(Peebles, OH) All summer long, race fans have waited for one night at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex in Peebles, OH. In the winter of 2013/2014 BMC officials announced that Late Models would no longer be a part of the weekly racing program making the event scheduled for this Thursday July 17th even more popular. Thursday night, the best Late Model drivers in the Midwest will be in town battling for $5,000 in the 4th running of Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem.

Steven Partin’s Hidden Gem is the only night of Motorsports action in the country after which the profits are given away in the form of College Scholarships. Anyone 16 years of age or older with a GPA of 2.75 is welcome to find the application on the Brushcreek Motorsports Complex website and apply!

The Summer Nationals is known as the “Hell Tour” because of its seemingly endless racing that rolls through the hottest months of the year. Over 30 races in the time period of about a month makes it one of the most demanding tours in the United States. Heading into the July 17th event at Brushcreek Motorsports Complex and final week of the tour, drivers such as Billy Moyer, Shannon Babb, Bobby Pierce, Ryan Unzicker and more are still showing up at tracks on the circuit. Local drivers have had no shame against the best of the midwest as Jason Jameson won at Florence Speedway on July 8th. In the past two years of Summer Nationals action at BMC there has never been a Hell Tour “regular” win with Eddie Carrier Jr and RJ Conley being the two winners.

Make sure you do not miss the night filled with racing action on Thursday July 17th and also make sure to be one of the first 1,000 people through the gates at Atomic Speedway on Wednesday Night to receive a $10 Off Coupon to the show on July 17th at Brushcreek.
