Oakshade 10/1 Topless Late Models Canceled

With four inches of rain the past few days on top of heavy rains from the previous week, Oakshade Raceway officials were forced to make the call to cancel Saturday night’s (10/1) racing program since most of the grounds are under water. With the UMP season ending next weekend, Oakshade is unable to reschedule this event.
Officials are still hopeful to be able to run Sunday’s (10/2) $2,000 to win Enduro, but a lot will depend on weather conditions the remainder of today and Saturday. Gates are scheduled to open at 12pm with the race scheduled to begin at 2pm. General admission is just $3!
